Building Home with Integrity
L. Martinez Construction is owned and operated by Lionel Martinez, a life-long resident of DuPage County. Lionel has been working in the home-building industry for over 30 years. L Martinez Construction has never built the same house twice. When clients meet with us, they are not presented with a set of floor plans from which to choose. Instead, time is spent getting to know the client – who they are, what they value and what they envision for their future home – and then we work with the client to build a cost-effective dream home. We are not in the business of building homes, we are in the business of building HOME – your dream home!
