Tranquility Builders presents a spectacular home in LaGrange Park, where we tore down the existing house to build this custom home with amazing character. Our idea was building a home for someone that maintained the fabric of the Harding Woods community while showcasing the homeowner’s personal style.

The home consists of multiple elevated finishes throughout, including 9 ft ceilings on all floors, custom cabinetry throughout, and an elevator. The first floor features a custom gourmet kitchen connected to a large family room and a first floor ensuite. The Primary Suite is designed with a spacious bedroom, large walk-in closet with custom shelving, and elegant bathroom. The Primary bathroom incorporates custom cabinetry and zero threshold entry wet room accommodating a freestanding tub and custom shower equipped with U-Shower by Moen. Throughout the process, the homeowner was able to collaborate and be involved in the designing of their new home.
